Dan Austin - Managing Director

Dan established Austin Recruitment in 2007 with a view to be the best and most valued recruitment partner for both candidates and clients. He has achieved this with his honesty, integrity and ability to deliver. Dan joined the industry in 2002 and is still working with many of the same clients that he was 20 years ago in an industry he understands extremely well. He works across all recruitment facets of Design & Build focusing mainly on Senior, Management and Director level prospects, particularly within Sales & Business Development.

Harriet Tilley - Managing Consultant

Harriet heads up our Design Division working with creative and technical professionals, speaking with the very best in the Design and Build market every day. She is incredibly organised and works tirelessly to ensure all candidates receive a great service when working with Austin Recruitment. Harriet is partial to a gig in London as well as tending to her many plants, definitely having a green thumb. If you work within Design and Build or are looking to move or hire, you should definitely be having a conversation with Harriet.

Max Ayling - Managing Consultant

Max manages all our pre-contracts and delivery roles. He is known in the team for building great rapport with both clients and candidates alike, paired with his extensive knowledge of the construction industry, after having worked as a Site Manager in Sydney, Australia for over 5 years. On his days off, Max can often be found at the gym as a fitness enthusiast and lover of all sport. Callum Dupree - Delivery Consultant

Since joining Austin Recruitment, Callum has built a strong network in D&B Sales. He is well respected in the industry already, a reputation earned through his ability to understand the unique challenges of sales roles at every level across the Design and Build sector. Whatever stage you are at in your D&B Sales career, Callum is an excellent person to speak with for advice and guidance. Outside work, Callum is passionate about coaching his local Under 10’s football team and can often be seen imparting technical genius from the sidelines on a cold Saturday morning.

Max Ayling

Managing Consultant

Max heads up the Austin Recruitment Pre-Con and Delivery division. With a background in construction himself, his move into Design & Build was a natural transition. Since arriving in the sector, he has built a superb reputation for his knowledge, his hard work and his honesty when communicating with candidates and clients. Max now has an extensive trusted network who will always go to him as their first port of call, whether it be a need for action now or just solid advice.
